COMMERICIAL HEATING AND COOLING
We have proudly been serving Dallas area homeowners since 2001 but there’s no job too big for our technicians. We can handle any commercial heater or air conditioning need – service, repair, replacement and new installation.
Maintenance & Repair
These units and systems are much larger than residential units. They work harder, they push harder, and they run non-stop. Additionally, there’s just more going on with commercial equipment; it takes a different level of expertise, and that’s exactly what you’ll find with No Sweat Experts. Commercial systems are bigger than residential, and that means they come with a bigger price tag as well. Regular tune-ups will help prevent costly repairs and total replacements – saving you thousands.
Commercial Package Units
Your all-in-one commercial system is in good hands with No Sweat Experts. These units are great when you don’t want to eat up any of your space inside the building. They will be out of sight on the roof or on the side of the building. Doing both forced air (heating) and central air (cooling), these units work hard to keep occupants comfortable in both hot and cold weather. That’s why routine maintenance is so important. We offer maintenance, repair, and replacement for your commercial package units.
Commercial Single Split Systems
This type of unit is great for smaller commercial buildings, such as: boutiques, bistros, small offices, and more. These are much more compact and affordable compared to multi split systems or package units. Split system air conditioners cool different areas of your home by splitting the space into different zones. Each zone will have its own thermostat. This gives you control over which areas of your office or other commercial space are cooled and allow you to limit the cooling to specific zones. This means you’ll use less energy over the long term while also saving money.
Nevertheless, more pieces means more to take care of. But it’s nothing we can’t handle. Need a new system, maintenance, repair, or replacement? We’ve got you covered.
Commercial Multi Split Systems
There are similarities between the single split and the multi split, but there are significant differences as well. One of the benefits of the multi split system is that each indoor unit does not need to have a matching outdoor unit. The multi split system actually has the ability to connect up to five indoor units to a single outdoor unit. How does that benefit you? Reduction of energy use. Rather than expending a great deal of energy each time the compressor turns on or off, these systems uses sensors that can make corrections as temperatures fluctuate. Sounds pretty advanced, right? It is, and that’s exactly why you should think of No Sweat Experts first for your split system maintenance, repair, or replacement needs.
Commercial VRF Systems
VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow. This is what every system aspires to be. They’re great for medium to large buildings, while maintaining reliability and efficiency. How efficient? These systems are 40-50% more efficient than standard rooftop units. They’re more expensive up front, but they’ll make up the cost during their lifetime, especially with proper maintenance. Plus, each new system comes with a 10 year warranty, so you get piece of mind along with your new purchase.
These systems come in two different varieties: heat pump and heat recovery. The heat pump system is better suited for open layouts. They are capable of heating and cooling – just not at the same time. However, the heat recovery version can do both at the same time. This is great if your building is broken up into smaller rooms. So your employees are warm in the winter, but your expensive server in the server room can still be cooled by the same system. VRF accomplishes this by moving heat from the server room to the offices, rather than by generating or removing heat.
Both of these systems are more costly than more traditional systems, but when you entrust No Sweat Experts to do routine maintenance, you’ll easily make up the cost and save money by keeping the system running at peak performance and extending its life. And down the road if you need a repair, you guessed it, our technicians are trained in VRF system repairs and installation.
