Time after time, we visit a customer that has been told they need to spend several thousand dollars for a new system (both residential and commercial). In many situations, we are able to repair their system for just a few hundred dollars and keep their system running for several years.
We have seen the gas shut off to several commercial furnaces and the customer was told they all needed to be replaced (for $78,000). We just turned the gas back on.
